About shipping

To ensure that all shipments are delivered to our customers, we have selected a reliable shipping service in partnership with SMSA. SMSA is the leading shipping and transportation solutions company in the Arab world. All shipments must be delivered to an address, not a P.O. Box. Any mailing address will not be accepted.

Note: To facilitate the delivery process, please ensure that your neighborhood information, street name, house number, city, and mobile phone number are entered.

1- Shipping Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming the shipment’s completion after receiving payment and processing the order, along with the shipment tracking number with SMSA.

Note: All shipping confirmation emails are sent during business hours.

2- Delivery Time: 3-5 business days for delivery after receiving shipping confirmation.

3- Shipping Cost: Shipping costs SAR 30 when paying with credit cards, Mada cards, and Visa cards,

and SAR 40 when choosing cash on delivery.

4- If you choose cash on delivery, the customer will be contacted to confirm the order.
